This is my all-time painting project where I research material and the boundaries of painting, drawing and printmaking. Color is one of the most important things in my work. But I’m also interested in the movement of lines and the rhythm that moving strokes create. By challenging my materials and techniques, I’m in dialog with painting as a tool to express. The academic rules and methods are to be stretched and crossed in my opinion.
